Pay is awful, usually just a few bucks for tedious jobs with short time limits. Often the instructions are unclear. A job I accepted today did not say what to do if I could not locate certain products in a store. I searched for nearly an hour and had employee help before returning the job due to having no way to complete it. There were zero alternate instructions. When I contacted customer support about the error in the job, so they could fix it, they rudely told me that I was the one who made the mistake and that failure to understand the little details is what makes one an unsuccessful worker. Stuff it, Field Agent!
