This is the best app ever, I love making extra money

This is your mission, should you choose to accept it you will be a little richer. I have accepted a few field agent missions so far. I havent cashed them out yet. Some can be a little frustrating when you have searched the entire store for something that doesnt exist but thats why companies hire field agents in the first place. I only accept missions that are time and location convenient. What have you got to lose... Besides a little patience.

Good jobs get snatched up very fast in Toronto, and the app seems to only notify me of jobs only after theyve been available for hours so there arent any good ones left. You can sort jobs by type but you cant filter out the sometimes HUNDREDS of listings for the same job at different locations (such as the current beer audits) so it can be difficult to sort through available jobs. Beware that some jobs require you to take photos where thats not allowed.

Great ap BUT be careful that you follow the guidelines and that you review your submissions. Spent quite a while on a shop, which ended up being denied due to a transmission error. Was not given an opportunity to redo the shop. What a waste of time.

The work is real and the money is real. If you complete jobs, you will get paid, and it can be fun doing it. Sometimes there are a lot of jobs available, and sometimes there aren’t many. I’ve enjoyed using this app. HOWEVER, do be aware that if there are any problems with the jobs you submit, you will not get credited. AND, do be aware that if there are problems with the job your are completing because of problems with the app, network, or questionnaire design, you will not be credited. Even if you complete the work, document the problem, and bring it up to their attention through their feedback channel, and show them the problem; it is entirely their prerogative to not credit you the work. They hold all the power, and the cards, as per their user agreement with you. That’s just the way it goes. I’ve ran into 7 problems amidst the many I’ve completed. One was my fault. The rest were problems with missing or incorrect data entry fields within the questionnaire on the app. When I brought this to their attention, I was told repeatedly that it was my fault. When I told them that I would give feedback indicating this issue, I was credited for one job as requested at that time; but then told to end the relationship and then I found that I no longer could access jobs on the app. Oh well. Too bad for me I guess. Didn’t run into many problems when this app and surveys when it first rolled out, but it’s the more recent jobs that have had problems. Is it because they are growing and getting busier? Perhaps. To their credit, Field Agent Canada; it’s Canadian GM, Jeff Doucette; and his company ‘Sales is Not Simple,’ are quite responsive to feedback. I always hear back from them within the hour or so. But my most recent experience is that they are quite sensitive to criticism. But like I said, if you use the app, they hold the power and the all the cards. I don’t think they’ll be letting me back into finding jobs anymore. But it’s a great innovative model of using crowdsourced information.

Everything seems to be working flawlessly. My wife and I both use it and just made about $20 bucks on three close assignments. Just need more jobs. This destroys geocaching. :)

Do NOT waste your time! So I was optimistic about this app because it showed jobs in my area. I get notifications in my lock screen about local jobs (stores I know) and when I open the app to see and accept a job there is NOTHING! What a terrible let down and I feel that this company just simply wanted my email and account for an install base and stats! I do not understand why it tells me that there are multiple jobs until I actually open the app and want to accept. If you do not want to pay out someone to actually complete a job, tell me and tell the businesses that you are advertising for that you do not want to allow completion! Do NOT waste your time!

Its the type of app you want to tell everyone about but you dont want to tell anyone about it at the same time!! I made 28 bucks today. Crazy.

Didnt pay. Didnt notify why. Claim that I missed something in the task. Bs. Read the tasks multiple times and carefully. Waste of time.

Love the App, but reserved jobs keep disappearing. Very frustrating after wasting gas to get to job locations.

I was very excited as a first time user of this app. Great concept and a lot of fun. Unfortunately they claimed I did not complete a completed task after driving to a location, following instructions and finishing the time consuming task. Not worth the time and commitment for very little incentive

Was excited to start doing these when I got the app, but soon realized its all crap. They deny perfectly good jobs for poor reasons and when their app messes up, too bad for you - not their problem! Three times the app had an error at their end and despite job completion they denied them. Huge waste of time!!

The app works quite well and out of over 200 jobs I have completed there has only been one or two issues with the actual app. There has been more issues with it using apple maps (address incorrectly shown) but thats apples fault not field agents. Some people have issue with not being payed for jobs and I can relate. At first I had difficulty but once you understand what they looking for your error rate goes down. I have made I over $1200 (in two years & a half) so its possible to make money but I really try to stack field agent jobs with other activities and rarely deviate from my usual commute as gas is expensive. My only suggestion is if you could copy the address of the job out of the Field Agent app and into google maps or another gps app because currently it only uses apple maps inside the field agent app.

Ive had the app for a while, and its been great. Job approvals are fast, have cashed out on paypal with no issues, and there are more and more jobs each week. Awesome!!

This is a great little app to earn a little cash at places you already visit! Its not really worth it to travel looking for jobs unless there is a lot in one area. The key is to follow instructions exactly to get paid for your job. Quality photos is super important! Things have to clear, so it make take up to 48hrs to show in your paypal. Honestly the only annoying thing is paypal taking 3-7 buisness days to do the exact same thing as paying for something, (which takes seconds to take OUT of your bank account), only in reverse!

You will be asked to pay for goods with your own money. They have so many technicalities and rules so beware. Their app is buggy. You will get request for the same store but different locations. Same rules applies. Consider how you will earn money from this, your own expenses for doing this and payout. You will get a chance to confirm what you answered and pictures taken, but after that you cant go back. You have no assurance that what you sent was exactly submitted to then. I had a bad experience from them. I was asked to take pictures of the goods and a picture of the receipt which I did. Ofcourse I will make sure everything was followed and all pictures are there, considering I will be paying with my own money, but they said I didnt. Dont be fooled by them. You cant earn money with this kind of rule and money earning concept. Only them will earn. They are bagging on the idea that this app will be popular, but most of the time person such as us will be able to do 1 job from them which pay is only small. Consider your expenses. This is crap.

Its great and easy way to make some spare cash.
