Change the distance to one thing then switch back should be fixed

I did a job exactly as they asked and my payment was denied. Shame on me for thinking this is real. Its a scam, dont waste your time and gas. Dont be fooled like I was. My question to you is who is regulating companys like this. We need to put them out of business, dont support scammer.

The last survey I did, they claimed I did not do it in order, first they did not provide proof, second they did not give me my money for the half hour of my day plus travel time. This is not acceptable since they keep all of my info that I collected, this is nothing more than a modern day theft, they stole my time and my information. Please be careful of these people!!! It might look good to begin with but they are wolves in sheep clothing. Shady very Shady!!!!!

Installed, and deleted 10 minutes later after inspecting the app. It should be described as a rebate app for purchases you dont need. Youre not a field agent if you use this app;; youre a consumer. 2/5 for the potential;; if the idea were developed properly. Still in beta stage imo.

Long surveys, purchases required and very picky/complicated tasks to be completed. Would select "0" stars but I must select at least 1 to rate the app

After spending the gas and time to complete survey for little money, they will decline you if 1 of the 50 answers does not aline perfectly with what they wanted to hear. No chances to clarify even, and it makes you wonder if they just use your photos/videos anyways despite not paying.

Worked well for me I got paid for two of three jobs. One was declined for an error I made. It took 3 days for the payment to arrive in my PayPal.

Field Agent has turned into a scam. They started denying an increasing portion of my submissions on increasingly dubious grounds. I got suspicious and started doing screen captures of every photo submitted. I can now definitively show that either they are having software problems on their end over which theyre denying payment to people who arent at fault, or they are lying to deny submissions and pocket the money. Steer clear.

This app has decent audits, however, the scavenger hunt descriptions arent up to par. Ive been to several retailers and looked everywhere for the product theyre asking for, and its never even in their inventory! Field agent, I suggest you fix this error!

Quick, easy, & fun way to make a little extra money. Already made $30 in just a couple days of working. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!!

Now, not so much. I have noticed that jobs are denied for cropped pictures that are not the same as the original. Scavenger hunts are obnoxious time wasters. The amount that is being paid out for the jobs does t warrant the time wasted doing them especially when a large portion seem to get denied. It also doesnt update jobs frequently so more than one could be available, but they dont show up in the app unless you close it and open it again. Used to be a great way to earn a few dollars on trips Im making anyhow. No longer.

I was looking through the App Store at Field Agent to make sure I had the latest version, and I clicked on reviews to see what people were saying. I have been with Field Agent for about a month now. Let me say that in the beginning of using the app, things were slow for me (for about 3-5 days slow in the beginning). All I would see at first were scavenger hunts, but eventually after continuing to refresh and continuing to check back, I started seeing screeners, which increase your agent score. They may not pay, but theyre quick and are an easy way to boost your agent score, plus they can qualify you for future jobs. With that being said, I found that as my agent score increased, I started seeing more jobs. I saw some people on this review board not happy about the scavenger hunts not being in alphabetical order. No, theyre not, but if you "hide" all of them and go to your "hidden jobs" within the app, they will be in alphabetical order. That solves the problem of having to search for a particular store. You would simply just scroll through the alphabetical listing within your hidden jobs until you find the store you want. I also want to add that in my month with Field Agent, I have made over $600, and I still have several jobs that are in queue for review right now (meaning well over $600 in a month). And yes, I still accept screeners. I just complete them while Im out doing other jobs. Im not being paid to write this review. I just want the newcomers to see that this is real. The money goes directly to PayPal, and yes, the customer service group is amazing!

Worthless app very low payment

I have several apps on my phone to make extra money. This one by far is the easiest to use and pays within a few days. I couldnt be anymore happier!!

Need help on how to collect fee after doing audits, etc

I read their instructions and followed them carefully, yet they always found a reason not to pay me. They receive the content they want and never pay!

The front and back end of this app are pretty bad, and the push notifications start to get ridiculous. Whats worse, though, is that the instructions are terrible. The scavenger hunts are never findable and the jobs are consistently confusing, giving plenty of flexibility to reject your work. All in all, Im not really sure the $3-4 is worth it.

Im not saying you can live off the amount of money you make doing assignments in this app, but any a money Im not putting into my paypal account myself, is always exciting. Ive had no issues with instructions like the other reviewers said. And make sure you complete as many of the screener assignments as possible. Ive noticed my jobs available increase with me doing more screeners. I did have one assignment that I submitted denied because it just wasnt possible to complete. I tried to make this as clear as I could when answering the survey. I was frustrated at the outcome, but wasnt going to argue this with Field Agent. I simply emailed them and asked if there was a correct way to submit an assignment that couldnt be completed. To my surprise, the service rep apologized and acknowledged my assignment was too quickly denied, without verifying what I submitted and payed me the $20 anyways. Field Agent took responsibility and apologized, basically slapping their own wrist and , I didnt even ask for that. It literally made my day to learn that this company has such great customer service. Ive fallen in love with this app. Im currently unemployed and its a great way to keep me busy and make a couple extra bucks here and there. Ive even set a reminder on my watch to remind me to look for new jobs every couple of hours.

Ive made so much money. Follow instructions and youre good! 2 hour turn around window is a little challenging, but other than that, i love it.

This app is awesome. I have completed well over a dozen jobs already and they are always interesting. Keep it up field agent!!
