App crashes on location while in the middle of doing jobs. When you contact customer support all they say is sorry nothing we can do for you and we are not paying you either for our mistake

I love this app. Made some decent spending money, but the scavenger hunts have so far have been impossible to find. I no longer pay attention to that part of the app for that reason.

They dont get as much work as theyve had in the past. The notification system is obnoxious. All hours, middle of the night. Most of the time there is nothing. Scavenger hunts are a joke. Dont waste your time.

Ive gone searching for products many times and always encounter what seems to be the right product but the code is completely different. Ive looked online and been able to find the upcs of the same product I found in store but they didnt match up. Just a frustrating waste of time

I love this app! If you are good at following directions then it is an easy way to make a little extra money.

I have tried three times and three times wasted. Youll drive to the place, take pictures, answer over 30 questions and they will always find something wasnt perfect and they will simply deny your job. Yes, they will deny it and you can not even have a chance to complete a missed question by mistake or anything. Now I wonder if they really delete your 15 photos, 30 questions just because the picture wasnt straight enough or whatever ridiculous excuse they will give, or they send it ahead without paying you. Be aware! This app is WASTE OF TIME.

I went to every store listed including the biggest one. None of the products exist. Not sure what he scheme is, but dont waste ur time.

It used to be a really great way to make some easy money. Now, its just one free surgery after another and scavenger hunts for items that Im half convinced dont exist.

I have been doing this for about a few months and I love it. As long as you do what the questions ask youll be fine. The scavenger hunts arent hard but I recommend doing the others task beside those , because those items are difficult to find and youll have a better chance at getting your reward with the other tasks.

Agents only have 2-3 hours to complete a job but if you need help because a job isnt uploading (and you are NOT having problems with your internet), Free Agent has 24 hours to get back to you. So, you wasted time because they wont help you and you wont get paid.

This is crazy like really, it was ok when I first started but now they are even saying the no pay screener jobs are already taken. What a joke! Well Im glad I got my lil $6 idk if Im gonna continue. FA need to fix the bugs and connection issues and have more jobs for NC

Initially skeptical after early failures, but now Ive made some money and my only problem is my location. In a small town so theyre not many opportunities. Audits are the best and yet to fail one. SH are the worst by far and a waste of time. These are products that are probably discontinued but a few still remain uncounted for, and they want us to find them. One I did find and the job was snatched before I could accept. But overall good app to make money for a xmas gift...

Im fairly new to the secret shopper game; however, I have tried several apps. By far, this one has the most jobs available at any time, it pays the best, it pays the fastest, and it notifies you/reminds you when there are jobs available ear you. You DO have to do the free screeners. They open up many jobs you might not otherwise be eligible for. They also open up paid surveys. Give it some time to build for you and FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS. They arent in the business to cheat you out of money. They have clients to satisfy.

This used to be a decent app but now they look for reasons to not pay out. Commonly says GPS located you somewhere else, even when you inside the store. The surveys that come with the jobs are getting longer and the pay for the jobs are decreasing. No longer worth the time.

This is legit. I have done 2 jobs that took like 15 mins and made $14 dollars. This is the first app that Ive found that really does make you money!! Love it!!!

I love GigWalk; when there are Gigs available. So I was excited when I heard about Field Agent. I have had it for about a month, but havent been able to secure a job, because of the time limit. If Im out, theres nothing available close to me. If Im at home, the jobs arent worth fighting traffic. The 2-hour time limit just isnt convenient.

Great app. Love the two hour time frame to do a job!! Like that its a quick turn around. Do not like other apps that give you longer.

Pay is awful, usually just a few bucks for tedious jobs with short time limits. Often the instructions are unclear. A job I accepted today did not say what to do if I could not locate certain products in a store. I searched for nearly an hour and had employee help before returning the job due to having no way to complete it. There were zero alternate instructions. When I contacted customer support about the error in the job, so they could fix it, they rudely told me that I was the one who made the mistake and that failure to understand the little details is what makes one an unsuccessful worker. Stuff it, Field Agent!

I did four tasks completely and accurately. However, later, the $16 I had earned disappeared and the tasks were marked in read. No answer from support. Not wasting my time anymore with this. UPDATE: Support responded and was incredibly rude, not to mention dishonest. They claimed I cut corners and was posting the same pictures for multiple jobs. I went to each and every store and spent my hard earned gas money and did exactly as they asked, just so that they could make up an excuse to not pay me. They also banned me because they feel I have no integrity, and they maintain high standards. I tried easyshift and made $6 doing one task. They actually paid it too! I dont recommend field agent at all based on my experience with them. Id try something else.
