Used to be a great app and I made hundreds of dollars and there were always jobs in my area paying $3-15 but everytime I open this app now there is absolutely nothing. I havent seen 1 decent job in my area in a good year. Today is the day I delete this app. Too bad...

This app is really cheap. They try to low ball their workers every chance they get. Most jobs are a measly $3 but they will raise the price if the job sits there and no one do them. So my advice is wait till they raise the price and then do them. Also they will reject you for the smallest things. So beware

Like anything in life, Field Agent has its pros and cons. Its true, the window for completing a job is small (2 hours is standard), and the jobs dont pay a whole lot (typically 3-4 dollars for audits, 2 dollars for surveys) That being said I have made hundreds of dollars taking 2 dollar surveys from home. They take minutes, are fun, and directly influence leading brands. There is no cash out limit, and typically jobs are approved within a few hours, although there are exceptions. Ive heard a lot of people complain that they unfairly deny jobs. But I disagree. Follow the instructions, be sure to note at the end if you had an issue, and they usually approve. I have completed hundreds of jobs and had only 4 or 5 denials in the 3 years Ive been using this app. By far my favorite money making app.

There I was, dodging store employees trying to complete a project, and the in-app camera stopped working. I took the remaining photos with my phone camera and left because I had a short window to finish the job. I went home and found no way to upload the photos from my phone into the app so I had to abandon the job after all of that work. Awful.

Id give zero stars if I could. This company basically robs you of your time. Even if you complete a job, they will deny payment for trivial details, such as the angle of a photo, usually due to their poor descriptions and images. And they do this to cheat you out of a pathetic $4. Jobs are often ridiculously tedious, poorly designed, and expect too much for what they pay. Most "screener" surveys are obviously using you for information that they sell to clients, not for a potential job that they promise. Stay away from this dishonest company!

As long as you take the time to do the shift properly and take clear pictures, this is easy money. Shifts are usually extremely short and simple. Shift approval is usually less than 24 hrs and payout is usually even quicker. This app has helped me to make extra bill money during a trying financial time!

When the app crashes or continually hangs on a question, tough luck, they won’t pay you. They are very picky on the photo quality and there is no way to zoom in to see if things are really in focus, a big concern when they deniy your job. The descriptions of the jobs are very cryptic. When you have to rate and put in a list anything 10 and above are greeked out so you cannot tell which number you are using without counting.

The concept behind FA is pretty cool. It used to be a kind of fun way to earn back coffee money. But, its now basically a scam. They post tasks with instructions that are irrelevant to the conditions involved, deny payment, and even when informed, leave the same problems there so that other people also waste their time on them.

I never leave reviews but want to save people time and energy. Ive tried multiple times to accept a job or scavenger hunt item (after taking the time to locate the items) and get a message stating that the opportunity is no longer available. Emailed customer service, no response.

User Beware. This app seemed to be full of possibilities and opportunities. It was almost fun. Completed many jobs to their satisfaction! Cool! Now to get paid via PayPal, nope. Contacted support many times. They have great difficulty paying out. User support is very poor. Before you invest time in this service...be careful. Payout is sketchy.

Good way to make a little extra money. This app really pays and it goes straight into your PayPal account. Not a get rich scheme this app actually pays you money.

I cant understand the negative reviews! Yes, you only have 2 hours to complete and sometimes only 1 hour. Yes, the app requires that instructions be followed exactly. I have been using this app for almost a year. My total payouts over $2300. I have had my share of denials but in EVERY instance I have received an email explaining the denial and in EVERY case it was something I did wrong! There are other apps out there...Easy Shift...Gigwalk...etc. Ive tried them all and deleted them except for Field Agent! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Dont waste your time with this app, it is a scam. They reject missions that are completed perfectly. The app gets the information needed, and the agent gets their submission rejected. Apple needs to get this company removed.

Been using this app a while and enjoy it. A lot of the criticisms Im seeing are unfair, so before you write this one off, • You arent going to make huge amounts of money off this app, but its definitely worth it if you live in an urban/suburban area. Its nice to check if youre already going to be out and about so you can pocket an extra $5-$15 while youre already out or can check it when youre planning on running errands and can plan around the jobs you accept. • I havent had nearly the same amount of trouble the other negative reviews did. The instructions are pretty clear. Yes, they will absolutely reject your job for crooked photos, but the instructions will explicitly say they reject jobs for that reason. You have to read EVERYTHING and pay attention to the details. They WILL tell you why things are rejected. Ive also had conversations with customer service and had a rejection reversed before. I also got a deadline extension when I misread some info on a product test. Most of the customer service people are nice, prompt, and arent unreasonable. • The screeners arent obvious scams. What they are doing is obviously looking for people that shop at specific stores, have memberships at specific places, buy specific types of products, etc. Your age, whether you have kids or pets, what stores are in your area, etc. also play HEAVILY into job availability. • A lot of companies that jumped on the bandwagon when Field Agent first launched seem to have dropped their contracts, so their is less work than their used to be. But, availability rises and falls. You will definitely see a lot more work if you fill out screeners daily, and there are more jobs in the spring, around back to school season, when seasonal items are changing over in stores, when stores are doing a lot of demos and launching new products (think November), etc.

Poorly designed application with VERY short time frames to complete a mission. So just wait until you have more time, right? No. Because the only missions that dont make you feel like a creepy perv taking pictures of people without their knowledge go fast. On the rare occasion that you get a good mission, they deny you your money for no good reasons. Dont get this app.

I do not recommend this app. You ONLY have 2 hours to complete assignments. Then you may not get paid for them. Ill stick with my Gigwalk App. Its much better.

Yes, you only have a two hour window to complete a job and most are only $3 but the jobs are super easy (a photo or two and some questions) and are reviewed and approved quickly. If a job is denied and you feel it was a mistake, their support team is quick to respond and will hear you out, sometimes reversing the decision. Easy Shift used to be my favorite but with the cluster it has become, Field Agent is taking its place.

The payments for jobs have really gone down since I first signed up. That has been a challenge, and I find myself doing far fewer, as its just not worth the time. The new thing, and this is very frustrating, is the number of notifications I receive for an available job, including a job I do not qualify for. I get it, guys, you need someone who fits a certain category to do a job. I cant do right now. STOP SENDING ME NOTIFICATIONS EVERY FIFTEEN MINUTES. I finally just turned off the notifications for the app. I couldnt handle the incessant requests to do a certain job. Way, way, WAY overboard there. Its like having a needy girlfriend who wont leave you to go about your daily business when youre away from her for 10 minutes. Sheesh.

Nothing positive to say about this app. The people who run the app are a bunch of thieves. You will spend twice if not three times the amount of money being offered on jobs -for gas just to get to the locations. They also reject jobs at the drop of a hat and no doubt they still give some if not all of the information to the "client" even if they reject it and didnt pay you for it. Instructions are never clear and its a guessing game when taking photos. No way to check if a photo is clear and thats their usual excuse for not paying people. The web designer for this app just isnt good and cant put together a decent well working app.
