Do not use this app, as it will make you furious weekly. Scavenger hunts are impossible and work is rejected for absurd reasons. I was recently rejected from being paid on a 24 question survey after I took a clear photo of the food I was reviewing, but didnt include the plastic fork given with it. That was the last straw.

I used this app for several months last year, but due to getting married and moving to a different state, stopped using it for a while. I am just getting back into it. I will testify that just in the few months that I used it last year, I made over $500 by doing just the scavenger hunts. Yes, theyre more difficult to find but I love the challenge. It works and they have never failed to pay me for a job...UNLESS I didnt follow the directions carefully and did the job wrong, which was my fault, not Field Agents. I love it and am excited to get back into it again!

Ive got to say I have a ton of apps installed on my phone. In this category of apps making money, Field Agent is my favorite! The people are so helpful if you have any issues. To me, FA is god send. I just got a huge paycut on my regular job and to be able to do these jobs help tremendously. Cant leave out the free products they give to test. Ive got many products sent to me to test and the products are NOT generic or cheap. I wouldnt probably ever be able to buy what they send because I dont have the extra money. Id definitely buy most if I did have the money but I dont need to because FA sent them to me. I give a simple review about the product and its mine! FIELD AGENT AND EMPLOYEES YOUR THE BEST! THANK YOU!

I have been trying to use this app for over a month now and the only "job" I have been able to complete was an at-home survey. I have driven to at least 5 locations after pulling up the information & refreshing the app, and WITHOUT FAIL, the jobs suddenly disappear when I pull into the parking lot. Dont waste your time and gas $$. Wondering if this is a scam app.

So far it has been great and I have been able to redeem my money.

When I was at the very end of my report! So after taking all those pics and gathering all that info, I wont get paid! I contacted support and they told me they cant pay me because they didnt receive the info because of the crash! Now Im out time, gas and pay, which I felt wasnt enough for the job I had done to begin with......

You wont find a better app to make money! It has a very easy userface, quick payment when jobs are complete, the best support system for customer service out there. If I could give it six stars I would for all the wonderful people who developed Field Agent, and all who make it work.

This app is fun. I only accept the tasks around the places I shop so it is fun to do tasks while shopping on my regular stores.

Ive been using field agent for about two years now great app to make some easy extra money. Customer support has been great no issues as yet. Only thing is I live in a rural area so when I head to town or big city I check for jobs not a lot in the little towns. Its great to make a few bucks for shopping at a certain place. When I did have an issue the support team was helpful and friendly. Always read and follow all directions and if you have any issues make sure to state them at the end of the job as there is always a place to do so. I have encountered an issue that says I am not in right place when I was so I just let them know and I had no issues with getting paid. They want your honest thoughts cause they serve folks who want to hear what we think...Rare these days! Love the app keep the jobs coming field agent

Ive tried about 15 times with this App at different stores. However, they never have the items that youre supposed to find. Just another colossal waste of time, theres nothing to see here

The app looks simple enough: perform little tasks and make some side money. Even if you have all your ducks in a row and documented, they will back out from paying for your services and reimbursing you. Total frauds. I will go out of my way to ensure none of my friends ever use this app.

Had this for 2 months only ever got one job. Every once in a while there is a scavenger hunt for some item no one has ever heard of. Waste of time and space on your phone.

Trying to do their scavenger hunt jobs and all of their Walmart upcs are fake. They dont exist. Some of the products listed arent even sold at Walmart. The one item I managed to find that matched to description to a T the upc was off for. Ive worked for Walmart in the past I know how to look their items and upcs up to find things because I know the item description from a receipt can be weirdly worded but this is just ridiculous.

We decided to try the app for extra money. We went to 3 different stores and could not find one item... Waste of time...these are discontinued items which youll rarely find...if any..

I went to several stores to do the audits. They say that the GPS doesnt match. I wasted my time and gas to get the specific store. They just dont want to pay you. Waste of time. Save yourself time and frustration and dont use this app. I will make sure no one I know uses this app and will be making it known on social media.

Either the app is glitchy and the reviewers are unaware of this or the app works perfectly and the companys staff are liars and cheats. Your work will be denied every so often for missing photos that you remember taking and submitting. The pay is already painfully small to begin with. Figure in every third or fourth job getting rejected and Field Agent pays you less than any other microjob app. Dont bother with this unethical company.

The 2 hours window is a drawback. Payments are quick and no minimum, the jobs are easy and payment is okay. There could be more jobs!

I have used this app several times to do audits and ever time they come up with some reason not to pay me for the work I have done. I contacted them about the last job that they denied stating that the wording was unclear about what they wanted a picture of and they said that the picture was not what the company wanted and that they would not pay me... Horrible app. Waste your time if you want because they will find some way to not pay you!

The people at Field Agent are extremely easy to work with. They reply quickly when there are problems and help you work things out to the best possible solution. This is a really fun app and the jobs are always easy to complete.
